International IARU agreements require that a QSL measures 9 x 14 cm
Minimum information that has to be on a QSL card:
Call: Please write 0 as Ø
Date: Always in UTC and 4 digit like 0617
Band/Frequency: preferable the exact frequency in MHz
Mode: International agreements require to mention 2X or 2-WAY and of course the mode of operation
Report: only 2 digits for phone, 3 digits for the rest.
If you send direct it is prefered to send a SAE (Self Addressed Envelope) with your card.
That saves time for the other radio operator.
